Upon termination, the client will be responsible for any outstanding payments for services already rendered. Midnight Athletes LLC reserves the right to retain ownership of any intellectual property if full payment is not made.

Midnight Athletes LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim related to the services provided will not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Delaware State. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
